I wrote this book to help me cope with the loss of my younger son and a brother.  It was awarded a Gold Medal in 1999 from The Colorado Independent Publisher's Association.  Written in ABC format, each letter of the alphabet deals with a particular aspect of grief.  Many people have told me how helpful the book has been and I'm very grateful.

Chocolate Zen inspired the quilt name Chocolate Zen.  It was written by my wonderful friend Marjorie Carroll and is filled with all kinds of sayings that she made up that relate to Chocolate.  Here's one of her many wonderful thoughts:  I met a choconostic the other day.  He didn't believe in the curative powers of chocolate.
