Sugarloaf Designs, Inc. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our customers. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any other party except as required to process and ship purchases.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Art and Gifts are one-of-a-kind items and will be shipped with Signature confirmation.  In the case of damage, please notify the carrier, file a claim and call Sugarloaf Designs to initiate a claim. 

Standard shipping is included in the pattern price unless otherwise specified.
